Searching for Studio Models

In zSpace Studio

Access the Model Gallery by clicking on the “Search for Models” button in the Backpack, or by pressing the ‘M’ key on your keyboard. image

You can search using 1 or more words at a time. You do not need to worry about capitalization when searching. Searching using singular words (opposed to plurals) will yield more results (example: Search the word “cell”, not “cells.”)

Use the category buttons to narrow your search. By clicking on a category button, any search terms you enter into the search bar will only apply to models in that category. You can select multiple categories at once by clicking multiple category buttons. When performing a search, we recommend selecting the ‘Dissectible’ or ‘Animated’ categories to find interesting models with lots of interaction.

To deselect a category, click the category button a second time. Choosing too many categories can end up yielding no results, so be careful with how many categories you have selected at one time.

Click on the ‘x’ icon in the search bar to clear all your search parameters. This also clears any pressed category buttons.
